British Commonwealth Occupation Forces Medal

A commemorative medal, the British Commonwealth Occupation Forces Medal was available to all ex-service personnel who have served in Japan with the Australian component of occupation forces, or who served in Japan during the qualifying period with a Commonwealth unit closely associated with the Australian contingent.
